Class Description

Join us as we prepare surf 'n turf the Cantonese way with an amazing dish of deep fried pork chops smothered in a rich sweet and savory sauce made with black vinegar, chili oil and ketchup (producing a unique pairing of British and Hong Kong cuisine), served with prawn fried rice delicately seasoned with rice wine, oyster sauce and... celery for crunch. Returning chef is David Lynn Drzick, who in addition to being webmaster behind Pacific Rim Foods, Cravings and Cravings Corners, is also the owner of Ruby 'Que Catering and 3rd Place Winner of the Confucius Institute Master Chef Competition. He has travelled to China numerous times pursuit of authentic dishes for his family and social gatherings.
