Class Description

Food plays an important role in celebrating Chinese New Year and homemade dumplings are an 1,800 year-old tradition symbolizing wealth for its shape like an ancient Chinese gold ingot. We'll be making pork and shrimp, as well as vegetarian dumplings. After which, learn how to make a glutinous rice dessert representing togetherness and a reunion of families.
