Class Description
Kung Pao Chicken... it's a standard dish on every Chinese restaurant menu. We'll be making the authentic Sichuan version (kung pao ji ding) with diced chicken, peanuts and chili peppers. We'll also be making a delicious side of Shanghai Scallion Oil Noodles that have an aromatic sweet and savory taste. Returning guest chef is David Lynn Drzick, who in addition to being webmaster behind Pacific Rim Foods, Cravings and Cravings Corners, is also the owner of Ruby 'Que Catering and 3rd Place Winner of the Confucius Institute Master Chef Competition. He has traveled to both South Korea and China numerous times in the pursuit of authentic dishes for his family, friends and social gatherings.
