Class Description
A popular Cantonese dish of flash fried chicken wok tossed in a homemade lemon glaze. In addition, we'll be making crispy shrimp wontons with sambal dipping sauce. These dishes will surely be the most requested ones at your next gathering. As a bonus recipe, we'll be roasting and grinding our own Sichuan Salt & Pepper. Served with white rice. Our guest chef is David Lynn Drzick, who in addition to being the webmaster behind Pacific Rim Foods and Cravings, is also the owner of Ruby 'Que Catering and 3rd Place Winner of the Confucius Institute Master Chef Competition held at WMU. He has travelled to China several times and is always pursuing authentic dishes for his family or social gatherings.
