Class Description
Join us as we fire up the comforting warmth of Mapo Tofu, a traditional Sichuan dish of silken tofu and ground pork, packed with mouth-numbing málà flavor from fermented chili bean paste and Sichuan peppercorns. In addition, we'll be making sizzling rice soup with chicken and vegetables, a show-stopping dish that will impress your friends. Returning guest chef is David Lynn Drzick, who in addition to being webmaster behind Pacific Rim Foods, Cravings and Cravings Corners, is also the owner of Ruby 'Que Catering and 3rd Place Winner of the Confucius Institute Master Chef Competition. He has traveled to both South Korea and China numerous times in the pursuit of authentic dishes for his family, friends and social gatherings.
