Class Description

Chef Nigel will be teaching how to make a popular Hawaiian takeout dish, Mochiko Chicken! Hawaii's version of popcorn chicken, this dish consists of chicken marinated in a mochiko flour batter and deep fried, with a miso soy glaze and gochujang mayo... all served over rice with a mac salad. It's crunchy, sweet, salty and entirely satisfying!
