Class Description
Alright, technically not an authentic Chinese dish, but orange chicken is the hottest seller at that local fast food chain with a cute panda on the logo. Let's hit the kitchen together and create some crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside fried chicken coated in a sweet, sour and slightly spicy sauce. We'll also be firing up the wok for an easy but flavorful egg fried rice full of lovely aromatics and deep flavor. Returning instructor is David Lynn Drzick, who in addition to being webmaster behind Pacific Rim Foods, Cravings and Cravings Corners, is also the owner of Ruby 'Que Catering and 3rd Place Winner of the Confucius Institute Master Chef Competition. He has traveled to both South Korea and China numerous times in the pursuit of authentic dishes for his family, friends and social gatherings.
