Class Description

Join Xin as she shows you how to make 2 classic meatless dishes both touched with a little heat! Wake up your tastebuds with Peking-style cold noodles topped with a creamy sauce made of peanut and sesame paste blended with chili, garlic, Sichuan peppercorn oils with cucumber and optional egg on top. In addition, we'll be stir-frying eggplants with a delicious balance of chili and black beans.
