Class Description

Dumplings, dumplings, dumplings! Who doesn't love biting into a pillowy soft dumpling stuffed with savory meat and fragrant spices! In this class, Chef Xin will instruct you in the process of making pork, shrimp and garlic chive dumplings. We'll also be preparing Sichuan hot and numbing smashed cucumber salad.
