This delicacy is one of the most popular dishes in Sichuan-themed restaurants in China. Join us as we make a mouth-watering Sichuan chicken dish perfect to bring to any festive feasts, especially Chinese New Year meals as the color of the red chili oil corresponds with the New Year Red. In addition, we'll be making stir-fried fresh ho fan noodles with vegetables and eggs.
