Class Description

Join Xin and chef Mang Liu for a special class on the art of sushi. Learn essential skills such as making sushi rice, breaking down a fish, crafting fancy rolls and plating perfect nigiri. With over 35 years experience, Chef Liu started his culinary journey at a popular Hong Kong sushi house before traveling to Japan to study under a sushi master in Osaka. After returning to Hong Kong to refine his craft, he found his way to Chicago where he not only worked in sushi houses but also taught classes to young sushi chefs. Chef Liu creates all the daily fresh sushi we serve at Cravings Deli. So don't miss this incredibly informative opportunity to learn from a sushi master.
